LOTV ~ Patchwork Butterfly

A very good evening to one and all...I have a Lili of the Valley card to share with you this evening.

I adore LOTV stamps.

I have coloured LOTV  Patchwork Butterfly using my Promarkers. now I have quiet a few promarkers and for some reason can't use them I just never seem to get it right so this is my mission for 2013 to be able to colour properly using my promarkers. I have embossed the background using Diesire Embossalicious Petite Dot folder I have also used my fabby Marianne Design Creatables dies.... corners, bird and fence dies....again I've not used these in ages.....another new rule ;)

My all time favoutire die ever ever ever is the Floral Ovals by Spellbinders

I have decoupaged the butterfly for effect.....

Diesire

Todays cards is one I made for my mum for Mothers Day using Diesire products by Crafters Companion

Yip my favourite Butterfly again

This is an A5 card made using Centura Pearl card

I have used Regal Damask Embossalicious 6" x 6" embossing folder

the bottom part of the card is embossed using Darice Flourishes embossing borders

I have added my Diesire Butterfly onto Diesire Ornamental flower

I added Swarovski gems to the centre for effect.

I made up the sentiment using a mixture of Clearly Besotted stamps

I hope you love it as much as my mum did :)

No more sleeps...excited muchly!

Diesire Embossalicious

A very good morning. Happy Saturday, today's card is a Die sire Sneak peek made using one of the fabulous new Diesire Embossalicious embossing folders that will be released as a Pick of the Day on Wednesday at 9pm on Ideal World....you do not want to miss this they are Totes Amazeballs!

I have used "Ornate Corner" 6" x 6" Embossalicious

I love this so versatile and can be used for many card sizes

the butterfly die is also Diesire it my new all time favourite!

Lili of the Valley

A very good evening and as promised I'm back with a cute creation for you. I have been looking through my stamp collection and came across this Lili of the Valley beauty that had not seen any ink *blush.

I adore Lili of the Valley images and Love Boat was a delight to colour. I have used my prisma colour pencils and the odd Polychromos pencil. Centura Pearl card...scored on my Ultimate Pro and my all time favourite Spellbinders Die Floral Oval

Love my White on White....always think it just looks sop fresh!

Tonight's viewing is Breaking Dawn Part 2 and my knitting :)....excited muchly

Die'sire Butterfly

A very good morning...I have to put my hand up and say I'm a HUGE Butterfly fan....if you haven't already noticed LOL

Today's card is using the fabulous Die'sire dies from Crafters Companion 

I have used fabulous Die'sire Butterfly for my card and added bicone beads

from the new Crafty Bead Embellishment pack 

The base card is Centura pearl card and I have embossed it using

Regal Frame Embossalicious  6" x 6" folder 

The Die'sire Butterfly is mounted onto Die'sire Ornamental Oval die

White on White.....Me to You or Tatty Teddies?

 A very good afternoon from a stormy island today....Jack and i were nearly blown away when coming home from Nursery....Jack saved me however he told my daughter at luch time that i saved him from blowing away LOL love wee ones at that age....very funny. 

Todays card is another Me to You or do you call them Tatty Teddies? To be honest i call them both, depends on my mood....tomorrrow i will share a picture of my huge Tatty that sits on my bed....but for today its a card.....

I love making white on white cards....Swiss Dots and Snowflakes embossing folders by cuttlebug and scored lines for effect...the Tatty Teddy is from the A4 Winter Wonderland Ultimate Decoupage and die cut lit by Do ~ Crafts

This Stampin Up set Silent night is sadly retired and it was my very first SU set

and remains a fond favourite. Stamped onto Centura Pearl Snow White

The border punch is also from Stampin Up

I add glamour dust for sparkle......

Simply Having a Wonderful Christmas Time

 Christmas is my most favourite time of the year and i adore making Christmas cards

White on white today....

I have used Centura Pearl white card

and stamped the Clearly Besotted Bauble stamp from Signature Christmas uisng versamark ink and then

heat embossed using red tinsel glitter embossing powder

 Oh my blogger is being a pain today

 it has taken me ages to get my pictures to add to the blog grrr

Die'sire Dies

 A very good afternoon.......I have been having a sort through the files on my laptop and found loads of Crafter's Companion creations that I have never shared with you....so instead of not posting I have decided to share them with you on a daily basis until I am back creating again......

So here is todays.......

 I have used Centura Pearl Snow White card as my base I added an extra layer and scored 3 lines top and bottom using my Ultimate Pro. Again using Centura Pearl I cut out 3 of the largest Ornamental Flower die and layered them with the middle on top of the bottom 2 shapes.

The flowers are created using the smaller scalloped frame from Ornamental Flower Frame Die Set

I cut out 6 for each flower from Centura Pearl Snow White Paper and sprayed them with water and then scrunched them up.

Layer them one on top of other and secure using a brad in the middle. Set aside to dry....this is important before you spray them with Spray and Sparkle Pink Iridescent spray

White Winter Wonderland

 The challenge today over on WINTER WONDERLAND 

is "White on White"...

well it would be rude not to join in as i LURVS my WoW....:O)

 I have used Centura Pearl white from Crafter's Companion

The embossing folder is by Darice Snowflake Border also from Crafter's Companion

The blue gems are by Swarovski.....delish!!

 The border punch is by Stampin Up...I think this has to be my all time favourite border punch :O)

CAS ~ ual Friday

 A very good evening......did you watch the tennis Wow wow wow Well done Andy you were fantastico! 

 I was curled up on the settee watching as I'm a bit poorly again...the joys of having a suppressed immune system :( anyways......

The challenge over on CAS~ual Fridays today is to use text on your card.

 I love my CAS I do :O) infact it has been said that it is my middle name lol....hmmmmm....anyway a very simple layout....a wee bit of bling and a fabulous flower for the perfect elegant look.

and yes that is a peel - off you can see...I hate waste so using up stash

Darice Border Embossing Folders

 Happy Sunday.....today I have another creation to share with you that i made using one of the new Darice embossing folders brought to you by CRAFTERS COMPANION

I have used one of the borders from the SMALL BORDER SET  I started embossing my CENTURA PEARL SNOW WHITE CARD square down one edge first....i then rotated the square then embossed down the next edge and continued until all four sides are embossed. I intend to make a Video tutorial for you on How to Do this technique :O) so watch this space....If you would like any other vidoe tutorials please pop me an email and i will see what i can do for you :O) My card size is 15cm x 15cm

The Cuttlebug butterfly is cut out using CORE'DINATIONS cardstock...I have used Vintage Retro Mod......LUSH...this picture really shows the pearl effect on the Centura card...love it!

Waltzingmouse Stamps Friends February Blog Party

 A very good evening and thanks for stopping by.....tonight I have my February Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Party creation to share with you...I loves my Waltzingmouse Stamps so this is one Party I won't miss!

This months theme is SPRING and here is my take on the theme!

 It has been ages since I made an Egg card and thought this was the perfect opportunity and get cracking....sorry...poor joke :O) I cut out an egg template and also made an egg template inner mat for future creations......I adore white on white so out came the white card and i embossed the top half of the inner mat using stitches embossing folder. I stamped Pic Nic Patterns background in Rose Red on the bottom half of the mat. I added pearl pen to the embossing for effect.

I stamped  Cameo to Go stamps in Rose Red and Crumb Cake and popped them up on dimensionals for effect.....I used one of the frames from Holiday Labels No14 and stamped  in Sage shadow by Stampin Up some seam binding, lace and a doily and there we have it....... Shabby Chic Easter Egg card!!

here is my take on this weeks challenge

I have coloured this cutie using my fabby SPECTRUM NOIR pens. the background is embossed using Hearts cuttlebig embossing folder and i punched a border using my Martha Stewart zig zag punch!

I cut a felt heart out usig my cuttlebug heart punch and emboss set and then cut out another two smaller hearts free hand. i attached 3 gems to the large heart for effect!

The Sugar Bowl # 77 DT ~ Kikis Sketch

A very good morning Sugar Fans i have exciting news to share....I have returned to being a

SUGAR BOWL SWEETIE .....SQUEAL!!! 

I missed it so much...and sugar Mama Gayle has agree to my return...thank you muchly lovely lady :O)

This time we have a sketch from the talented KIKI and the theme is LOVE

Our prize is as always very sweet 4 Super Sweet Sugar Nellie Stamps

raising to 6 stamps if we get 100+ entries

My interpretation of KIKI Sketch

I decided to come back with a WoW (white on white) card ......I have used HOLD ON TO MY HEART
by SUGAR NELLIE and coloured using my Speccies....i emebossed the back panel using my Hearts Embossing folder by cuttlebug and added a punched border. Navy gingham ribbon .....delish

I added an extra layer on the heart and topped with glossy accents although you can't really see it in the picci....I need photography lessons lol. I doodled around the outer edge and voila :O)
