This weeks challenge over on

Allsorts

is a Christmas Carol or Song title.

Fabulous cards by the girlies this week, you've got me singing my heart out. Hubby has been shouting for ear defenders cheeky begger.

I have chosen the classic "White Christmas" by good ole Bing for my card as this song reminds me of my Papa who passed away when I was only 11.... jings can't believe that's 30 years ago now.

I'm loving my new Tildas can you tell? lol.

I am extremely sorry for the poor quality of the pictures so difficult to get decent piccis at this time of year....me NEEDS a light box I think :D Ohh SANTA........
Got beat at the bowls yesterday...I played fabulously but was very unlucky of course hubby drew against me again this week so he won.......again boohoo!!!

Magnolia Meets Mojo Monday

Afternoon, been a busy day today for me. I just managed to get this card photographed before we loose the light, keep forgetting how early it gets dark now. I'm still sulking about X-Factor it's become a joke in my opinion.....anyway enough about that.

Today's card is for this weeks which is Monochromatic. Sensational examples from the talented team every one a delight to drool over. I have used today's sketch from Mojo Monday for my card which I have flipped. Fabulous sketch Julee, thank you.

I was trying a wee experiment with this card to see if I could mix Cute with Stampin Up and yeah it worked. Tilda has been plodding through the snow with her boots on. I think you will agree that this has worked well and could be used with any cute stamp if the proportion is right. It's maybe not to everyone's taste but I love it. It would be a boring old world if we were are the same lol. I'm going to try one with a Gorguss Girl next, will post it when I've had a play.

*Edited to say ~ I think it needs a few snowflakes...what do you think?*

Giddy Up and Ride your Pony!

This card is for two challenges the first is CCT where the theme is animal magic. The second being Secret Crafter which is transport, pony ride! Both fantastic challenges with talented DT. Thank you all for the constant inspiration you provide week after week. I am delighted with how this card has turned out. I was sent these images in a RAK so I had to cut them out and place them in the scene however the trees in the background were stamped using the tree stamp from Cuddly Buddly All images are coloured using Lyra crayons I'm loving these at the moment a dream to work with. I have kept the card plainish as i wanted the scene to be the focal point anything else would have made it too busy I think. Thank you to all who have agreed to send cards for the troops. I have added a box on my sidebar and as cards arrive I will add a link to your blog. this is a fabulous cause and I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart.

Well its miserable here today, I'm having a jammies day today as I had a bit of an upset tummy yesterday. So some rest is today's medicine. Baby bump is due 3 weeks tomorrow and I need to be fighting fit for then. I am also doing all my DT work in advance so if and when our bundle arrives I am well organised for all the cuddles I'll be having :) Off for a cuppa. Hope you all have a wonderful day and thank you so much for dropping by. Toodles.

Anyway here is my Happy Birthday ATC for this weeks Celebrations over on Tilda and Friends and that is what they all are a talented group of friends who share a passion for ATCs and all things cute. Huge congratulations girls, you never fail to provide fabulous inspiration week after week on such a small piece of card. My hat goes off to you one and all. I do struggle with ATCs i will admit it, I am no way a master at them but I try and I love making them. There is something addictive about them, most of all I have "fun" making them and that is what it is all about. Please do join in this fab challenge if you can and visit the dedicated DT blogs which are also full of inspiration.

So here we go girls just for you. Would be good to see your ATC if you took part in that first challenge too.
