I have used this cute Forever Friends Bear and coloured it using my promarkers. I have cuttlebugged one side of my backing with roses folder the other side I stamped using my Simply Said stamp set by Stampin Up. The flowers are stamped using Lavender Lace also from Stampin Up on whisper white. The sentiment is from Stampin up One of A Kind stamp set. The flowers are by Prima and I have stickled around the edge of the flowers. The oval frame is cut out from lavender lace using my Nellie's Choice Oval Multiframe Woodware leaves punch  and small roses to finish. The ribbon is lush whisper white from Stampin Up.

TOP TIP ~ I you don't have ribbon the colour you are looking for you can run the ribbon through your dye based  inkpads to get a matching colour. (I will show you in the next few days the result you can get using this technique.)

Just Cute Bears Design Team Card

A very good morning and yes another week has gone by. We are now at challenge #6 on

We are sponsered again this week by

I cannot thank Kim MacFarlane enough for the generosity in supporting the challenge blog every week. The people who have won the stamps so far have been delighted. Thank you so much Kim, this means a lot.
This is the cutie on offer this week, it will be with you in time for making all your Easter cards, look at that delicious Easter Egg mmmmmm.

This weeks challenge is a colour combo of

Mint & Brown

This week I have used one of Kim's fabulous downloads called Teddy Bear's Home

This is a fabulous collection of designables both coloured and black and white which means yes you can colour them yourself too. This really is a bumper collection.
I have used one of the papers included in the set plus A Patchwork of Papers green to coordinate with.

I used My Craft Studio to work with the images however any suitable program will be work just as well.
I selected the image I wanted and then resized it to my desired size. I then copied and pasted the image (which are Jpegs) 4 times. I then decoupage the image. By printing your own images out you can decided which part you want to decoupage.

I was bowling yesterday oh yes and guess who won yet again??,,,,,no not me hubby again.

We have a team of 8 each week and hubby and I are the reserves so when a couple can't play we step in.
So yesterday it was hubby and I, MIL FIL and 4 others. Hubby and his mum and dad were in the same team against myself and 3 others ladies. The score well lets just say we were well and truly beaten 25 - 2 yes I was in the team who scored 2 and not one of them was any of my bowls. We are playing every week now until 27th March so revenge will be sweet next week if we are drawn in opposing teams lol. We could be drawn in the same team however this has only happened once I think.

Anyway enough rambling please do join in the challenge this week the girls have made fabulous creations again this week they really are marvelous group of girls.

I hope you have a fabulous day.

Thanks for stopping by!

Silent Night

This has to be one of my favourite Stampin Up sets. I love it. It was also my very first SU stamp set. I was blown away by the quality and the rest is history oh yeah an addiction was formed lol. My friend Linda told me about these classes she went to and asked if i wanted to come ok says I. It turned out that Maggie who was running the class and I were at school together and we hadn't seen each other in nearly 20 years. Poor Maggie can't get rid of me now lol. I love her classes but I usually talk too much and stick things in the wrong place lol. Can't wait for the classes to start up again.

Anyway todays card fits nicely into the Winter Wonderland theme of A Very Vintage Christmas. Super examples form there DT, great wee challenge and helps get the crimbo cards out of the way too. Keep up the fab work girls.
