Magnolia Meets Mojo Monday

Afternoon, been a busy day today for me. I just managed to get this card photographed before we loose the light, keep forgetting how early it gets dark now. I'm still sulking about X-Factor it's become a joke in my opinion.....anyway enough about that.

Today's card is for this weeks which is Monochromatic. Sensational examples from the talented team every one a delight to drool over. I have used today's sketch from Mojo Monday for my card which I have flipped. Fabulous sketch Julee, thank you.

I was trying a wee experiment with this card to see if I could mix Cute with Stampin Up and yeah it worked. Tilda has been plodding through the snow with her boots on. I think you will agree that this has worked well and could be used with any cute stamp if the proportion is right. It's maybe not to everyone's taste but I love it. It would be a boring old world if we were are the same lol. I'm going to try one with a Gorguss Girl next, will post it when I've had a play.

*Edited to say ~ I think it needs a few snowflakes...what do you think?*
