 Wow isn't this weather fantastic.............loving it...........today i have something different to show you! I love making this type of card.........

Very simple to make I just randomly cut grass from Core'dinations card....free hand cut a tee 

the golf ball is a circle nestie and then debossed with Swiss dots cuttlebug embossing folder

 

I popped the tee and golf ball up on pads to give it dimension!

....and voila

Meadow Cottage Bears

 Afternoon peeps.......another glorious day....it is very very hot, long may it continue. Crafter's Companion launched fabulous new range yesterday Meadow Cottage Bears as a Pick of the Week on Create and Craft Sara is on again at 1pm tips afternoon with more tips and demos.

This is one of the frame cards from the CD Rom..isn't it adorable?

It reminds me of my grandmother and I :O)

she taught me to knit when I was 4......she was a remarkable woman and I miss her dearly.

She sadly lost her sight and had to give up knitting in the end......she was an inspiration to many!

I'm so proud to have been her granddaughter and that her talents were passed on to myself :O)

Love you Nana.....I know both you and Papa are looking down and so very proud of my achievments

Meadow Cottage Bears

 Afternoon from a Scorchio island again today and this weather is forecast until Monday that i know of woooohooooo...loving it...I have another Crafters Companion Meadow Cottage Bears creation for you  from the up coming launch on Friday at 12 noon on Create and Craft.

This is a large A5 card (A4 folded in half) and I just love the size of this topper!

My card base is Centura Pearl Snow White and I have added an embossed layer using Darice Embossing folder Flower Frenzy. the gems are Beatrix Potter Female.

Summer Adorables by Jayne Nesterenko

Evening peeps thought I would share another card with you this evening.......I have used my Cute Companions Summer Adorables by the talented Jayne Nesterenko for Crafter's Companion and since the weather here in Scotland is Scorchio I thought this image is very apt for where I live........ on an island by the seaside.....I am very blessed to live where i do and i love it!!

I have used Special Friend and made a little scene...........

I stamped my Special Friend images using Memento ink and coloured using Spectrum Noir Pens

The scene is from the Adorable Summer CD Rom and i have doodled around the edge using Whispers pens.

Meadow Cottage Bears

A very good morning from a very very sunny island again this morning the weather here is Scorchio just now and it has to be like this all the way through to Saturday yeah!!!!

Today I have another Meadow Cottage Bears to share with you brought to you by Crafters Companion.
This CD Rom and Stamps will be a Pick of the Week on Create and Craft on Friday at noon.

I have used one of the Toppers for my DL sized card and I must say i adore these images. I love Teddies :O)

I have embossed Core'dinations using Beatrix Potter Embossing folder for the top and the lower half of my card is Centura Pearl snow white embossed again by another Beatrix Potter folder....Love these!

The sentiment is also from the CD Rom as are the buttons.

I love the texture this card has and its always good to make a card size out of your comfort zone too.....I do think DL is perfect for this sized topper. The lace is from my stash. Here is a wee close up for you..............................

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

 Morning everybody and we have another fabulous challenge this week again over on

PENNY BLACK SATURDAY

This week we are sponsored by  1-2-3 Stitch and our theme for this week is

I have used freebie papers from a magazine....delish and the bobble ribbon was also free.

 The flowers are from mt stash decided to use all of these up.

I added some faux stitching to my border i start by making holes and then add the pen lines after makes it look very real :O)

I have coloured my image using Spectrum Noir pens

 Some doodling around the edges and voila.

Steam Punk by Darice

 Another post from me today this time I am sharing something very different from me Steam punk.......I had to go lie down after making this and the other samples, well you know how much of a white girl i am lol........

Tomorrow the lovely Louisa is on Create and Craft with these fabulous

 Darice Embossing folders and Core' dinations Card

I have embossed Steam Punk folder on some brown Core'dinations

I stamped my Car stamp from Male Stamps by Crafters Companion and then distressed the edges using

Tim Holtz distress ink

I embossed the Steam Punk folder again on some Kraft Core'dinations and then cut out some cogs

to use as embellishments

 So what do you think did I pass the Steam Punk distressed test?

Lottie ~ Humphreys Corner

 A very good morning have you been enjoying the Crafter's Companion  SWALK shows on Ideal World with our Lovely Leann what a giggle.....today i have a Humphreys Corner card to share with you......how cute is Lottie?

I adore Humphreys Corner and these little cuties have stole my heart.......

Lottie ( Make A Wish)  is dressed as a Fairy and is stamped using 

Memento ink onto Neenah card and coloured using my fabby Spectrum Noir pens

I added Quickie Glue pen and lots of Glamour Dust for Sparkle,

 and then I went mad with the stickles lol

 A very good evening to one and all and tonight I have a SWALK card to share with you.

The new Sweet Stuff SWALK by Crafters Companion are launching tonight at 9pm on Ideal World with the lovely Leann Chivers and Deano definitely tune in for a laugh and fabulous demos and inspiration.

Masking Cloud Tutorial

You will need:

SWALK Rainbow Kisses Stamp Set ,

Rock~a~Block, 

 Stick & Spray,  

Memento Ink,

Neenah Card,

 Spectrum Noir Pens,

Blue Ink Pad, Fluffy Paint brush, Post it Notes

Scissors

Cut your stamp out and Spray with Stick & Spray and mount on to Rock ~ a ~ Block,

ink with Memento Ink and stamp onto your Neenah Card

 

Re ink your Stamps with Memento and stamp on to the Post it Notes and cut out

Stamp the cloud 3 times on to Neenah Card and cut out leaving the bottom half of the card as a tail

 Cover Image with your mask and stamp Rainbow slightly overlapping image

Colour using your Spectrum Noir Pens

Cover coloured images with the masks you made earlier

Place cloud mask next to image and dab soft brush in inkpad,

take off excess on scrap paper then dab  along edge of clouds gently adding more ink if required....

always take excess off brush before applying to image.

Depending on how you stamp and cut out your clouds

will determine the result of the shape of your clouds

 Move the cloud mask now and apply more ink the in exact same way as before

...remembering to dab off excess ink before dabbing gently

 Continue in this way until you are happy with your cloud formation

and then remove masks.....

finish off picture by adding grass and shadows....

Using a whispers pen to add grass blades

and here is the finished card
