Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Waltz

A very good morning I can't believe it is this time of the month already.......being the 17th means another fabby Blog Waltz with Waltzingmouse Stamps.

This month we have a theme of 4th July/Americana........at first i thought oh oh and then my mojo kicked in and this is what i have came up with....my inspiration came from the Red, White and Blue.

I have used several Waltzingmouse stamp sets for this card.
  • Pic Nic Patterns
  • Gingham & Co
  • Victorian Frippery

I stamped the spot background from gingham & Co using Stampin Up Real Red ink, and the background is stamped using a stamp from Pic Nic Patterns and stamped using Not Quite Navy ink also by Stampin Up
The sentiment is from Victorian Frippery stamp set.

The letters and stars were cut from my George Cricut cartridge and the stars are popped up on dimensionals for effect. the navy card is by DCWV and Crumb Cake by Stampin up. I'm very pleased with how this card has turned out and it will be winging its way to my dad for Fathers Day which is this coming Sunday here in the UK. I hope you like my creation and i look forward to Waltzing by your blog later this evening as I'm at work today.

Whatever your plans for today....have a good one.

Thank you for Waltzing by

Ali x

I'm amazed at the real red stamping - so clear & solid. I like your interpretation of the theme with a UK twist for British Father's Day - mind you the colours are Union Jack with Kraft anyhow.
