Sugar Nellie Design Team ~ In a While

Morning and what a beautiful morning it is....I have my daughters washing out and its blowing away happily in the wind. Love great drying days.....
Todays card is another of my design team creations for Sugar Nellie
I have used In a While by Leanne Ellis. I love this image I am getting mor and more into these images all the time I love the artyness to them. I have added hand doodled suspended hearts to the top of my card in keeping with Leannes style.

In a While has been coloured using Prismacolor pencils (my watercolour paper is off white :( so had to use my prismas)
I have embossed a cuttlebug border around the edge of the card I will make a tutorial for for this explaining how i did it as it will be easier to explain using pictures. The ribbon is from my stash.

As you know my fabby bloggy buddy Cathy and I have a CAS challenge going on between us. I chose embossing for the theme this time and this is my card...what ya think Cathy......I am soooo excited as Cathy and I are finally going to meet after about 4 years of being bloggy buds we actually feel as though we have known each other all our lives LOL this will truly be a fantastic day when we finally get to meet Love you loads Mrs but you already know that :D

I will be back later will another wee card for you.....see you later
Whatever you are doing today......enjoy! Ali x

it's no drying day here in Cornwall - damp and dismal, but at least not as cold. I love your WOW card, beautifully embossed design and the red on the image make it POP!

Gorgeous card, Ali! I've said it before, but you do the white backgrounds total justice with the gorgeously coloured images. The little hanging hearts are perfect too!
