Crimbo Cards

A very good Morning to one and all. Sorry for my absence lately. The housing came out yesterday I feel like putting my head in the sand. They won't rehouse us however they are going to fix the property which was built in 1918 and not meant for central heating the building is falling apart. Anyway housing came and well lets just say I ended up in tears due to a rude contractor they had brought with them and he was rude to my hubby also. I spent all yesterday being sick and having an upset tummy due to stress and nerves, so I'm pretty down at the moment.

Anyway I managed to make these cards a few days ago and made two each of them. Again simple designs but that's what people here like. the weeks are quickly disappearing and the Craft Sale will be before I know it.

Tomorrow is the start of the Craft show at the SECC in Glasgow and unfortunately I'm not going this year. I'm gutted and will miss meeting up with my bloggy buddies.... Kath , Gayle , Lorraine , Cass and Allison. Have a blast girls...Last year our Kath was going around promoting the Penny Black Challange at all the stalls selling Penny Black Stamps lol. These girls are the best and I for one am proud to call them buddies.

Talking of Penny BLack Cuddly Buddly are now stocking Penny Black Transparent stamps, Smookie Stamps, Tattered Angel Stamps the list is endless. The shop is bursting at the seams ......Well done Kim for sensational products and service.

Hi Ali! first off both your cards are beautiful and I love the sparkle at any time of year, but it's a must for Christmas! So sorry to hear your experience with the housing, and that awful man. All I can do is send cyber hugs and chocolate.
hugs, annie x

Hello Ali. Your cards are gorgeous sweetie. I love the simple effect and they look classy too.
So sorry to hear the news of the house. Some people are very rude and disrespectful, where has the compassion in this world gone too. To top it all, it has made you ill and that is not nice at all. You are in my thoughts Ali. Take care.
Love Sandra xx

These cards are beautiful Ali, I love the simply stated, classic style of them!
So sorry to hear that you're feeling so down..... sometimes things can really get on top of you can't they? I hate this time of year sometimes because my house is very old and crumbly and we get problems with damp and cold.
Take care and look after yourself hun...... and keep crafting, it's what keeps us sane, lol!
Hugs Tara xx

Lovely cards Alison - nicely understated.
I'm so sorry to hear about the housing contractor. There is no excuse for being downright rude and it's even worse because it made you ill. I hope that it is soon sorted out to your satisfaction and that you can get back to normal again.
